What may not be done with ClipZen, to protect you, other people and the service.

1. Prohibited content

Do not use ClipZen to create, store, edit or publish content that:

  • infringes copyright, trademarks, image rights or other third-party rights without authorisation;
  • involves sexual exploitation or abuse of children and teenagers — we report it to the authorities;
  • contains nudity or explicit sexual content without the consent of the people shown;
  • promotes hatred, discrimination or violence against people or groups;
  • threatens, harasses, stalks or exposes anyone's personal data;
  • encourages self-harm, suicide or dangerous activities;
  • is fraudulent, misleading or disinformation that can cause harm;
  • is illegal in Brazil or in the country where it will be published.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Sending spam or mass-posting repetitive or misleading content.
  • Publishing to social network accounts without the owner's authorisation.
  • Getting around limits, credits, billing or the free trial, including by creating several accounts.
  • Manipulating competition rankings, the referral programme or metrics, for example with artificial engagement or fake accounts.
  • Accessing other people's areas, data or accounts without authorisation, or trying to exploit security flaws.
  • Using bots, scraping or automation that overloads the service, or reverse-engineering the software.
  • Reselling or sublicensing the service without authorisation.

Found a security flaw? Tell us through the contact form (or by e-mail at clipzensuporte@gmail.com) instead of exploiting it.

3. Consequences

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, limit features, disqualify entries, cancel bonuses obtained irregularly, suspend or terminate the account and, where appropriate, notify the authorities.

You can appeal a decision through the contact form (or by e-mail at clipzensuporte@gmail.com).
