Data deletion

1. Instagram and TikTok data

To stop ClipZen from accessing an account and delete its data:

• on ClipZen, open Publications → Connected accounts and click Disconnect: the access tokens are deleted at once and that account's pending posts are cancelled;
• on Instagram, revoke access in Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations, on a professional account);
• on TikTok, revoke access in Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services.

Revoking on the platform also invalidates the tokens: ClipZen marks the account as disconnected the next time it tries to use it and keeps no access to it.

2. Deleting the whole account

In My Account → Privacy and data you can download a copy of your data and ask for the account to be deleted. We delete or anonymize the account data, videos, clips, connected social accounts and posts, except what the law requires us to keep (see section 4).

3. Without access to the account

If you cannot sign in, send the request through the contact form (or by e-mail at clipzensuporte@gmail.com) with the account's email. We may ask for information to confirm the account is yours. We answer within 15 days.

4. What we keep by law

We keep only the access logs required by Brazil's Marco Civil da Internet (6 months) and financial and tax data for the period the law requires. This data is not used for anything else. Details in the Privacy Policy.
